Six Sigma

What is Six Sigma?  Six Sigma is a statistical term to describe the quality goal of no more than four defects out of every million units. Also, it refers to a quality improvement philosophy and program. Six Sigma is a highly disciplined process that helps us focus on developing and delivering near-perfect products and services. What is the necessity of  Sigma ? This word is a statistical term that measures how far a given process deviates from perfection. The central idea behind Six Sigma is that if you can measure how many  defects  you have in a process, you can systematically find out how to eliminate them and get as close to “zero defects” as possible. To achieve Six Sigma Quality, a process must produce which is no more than 3 to 4 defects per million opportunities.  Key concepts of Six Sigma Six Sigma revolves around a few key concepts: Critical to Quality   which attributes most important to the customer, Defect  means failing to deliver what the customer desire,

India-Pakistan Dialogue

Indian External Affairs Minister S.M. Krishna met his Pakistani counterpart Shah Mahmood Qureshi in Islamabad for a sustainable and meaningful dialogue to bring peace and harmony in the two regions. Dialogue started earlier but postponed after the 26/11 Mumbai attack in 2008 plotted in Pakistani soil. Now Pakistan has realised the fact that terrorism is the cancer of their nation. In a recent statement, Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari said,  "Pakistan is against militancy and terrorism in any form and in any location and both the governments need to work more closely for eliminating this menace". Our former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee was aware the fact that only dialogue can solve our differences, nothing else. He took several initiatives to built up good relationship with Pakistan. But at that time, Pakistan could not understand the importance of dialogue and they turned the dialogue into a battle ground, Kargil. Our Present Prime Minister is also going to th

Future of India

When will we see my India free from terrorist, rebels, dirty politics, poverty, malnutrition, child labour, and corruption...? What will be the future of India? Where will we be after a decades or two? Will China slowly and gradually occupy our sea and ocean water first? Then will enter into the North East region! A biggest threat is awaiting ahead all of us!  Inflation and price rise are serious concern in India. Government should take effective step to control price rise. A daily laborer is earning Rs 150 a day, how will he survive? While a doctor is taking Rs 400 as his consultancy fee, how the poor will visit to a doctor in case of illness. About 50% people living in India who earn Rs 150 a day. Twenty percent of total population in India belong to middle class. They are all being badly affected. A person who is earning Rs 150 a day may have 3 or 4 dependents at home. How a large number of people in this country will survive? How the child will be safe from malnutrition and get

Improve Your Teeth and Gums

Image
Healthy teeth increase your personality when you talk, laugh, or smile. Each tooth has five sides---front, back, bottom, and two edges in between. Toothbrush can wash only three sides. The other two sides in between teeth can be cleaned only with tiny inter-dental brushes. Failure to do so is resulted gum disease  and other fatal diseases like heart disease, stroke, diabetes, pyorrhea. A minimum two minutes brush twice a day is needed for effective cleaning. It is very essential before sleeping wash your teeth clearly which can keep your mouth fresh while you are sleeping.  Use brush one time and wash mouth and teeth with your finger and toothpaste once in a day to keep your gum healthy. Do massage using your thumb and forefinger above your gums for a minute twice daily, your gums will be healthy, will tighten your teeth inside gum. Those who have loose teeth or sometimes blood come out from the gums, gum massage is much effective to them. If you take tobacco or cigarette, if yo

Poverty and Malnutrition in India

Image
In India, after 7 decades of Independence, many children are still suffering from malnutrition. Several metric ton food grains have been damaged every year in many states due to shortage of storage facilities. Here more poor people live than in Africa. The Indian states, including Bihar, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal have 421 million poor people as per the latest study developed by Oxford Poverty and Human Development Initiative (OPHI) with UN support. Government can distribute sufficient food grains to the poor with minimal price but they does not.  G overnment should take effective step to eradicate poverty from the country. It's not effective distributing 45 kg food grains to the BPL families. It is observed that rotten and damaged food grains are finally reached to the poor people. All the goods and food grains  are stored by the middle man or brokers.  As per my understanding Government should distribute ATM card to each BPL household and transfer the amount to their r

Kashmir, India, and Pakistan

Image
Kashmir has boiled again. For the first time we are watching the anger and frustration of young Kashmiri. Why they are so frustrate? What is the solution of Kashmiri people? No government can do anything above the Constitution and Kashmiri   should aware of it. The Kashmiri people should understand the fact that Muslims in India are living more peacefully than the Pakistani Muslims. Hurriyat leaders are misleading and misguiding the people of Kashmir. If Hurriyat want to do something for Kashmir, they should come within the political framework. Pakistan has badly damaged by state-sponsored terrorism. In recent time, when Northern Pakistan badly damaged by flood, international aids did reach very slowly. The people all over the world have an impression that aids might be used feeding, breeding and creating terrorist. When several people in Leh region affected by sudden cloud burst, India took utmost care for their rehabilitation. Prime Minister Manmohan Singh promised to the peo

Corruption and black money

Image
Corruption is the biggest threat in India at present. Corruption is now almost in everywhere, every department, either in corporate or in bureaucrat and in the judiciary. If Judges are involve in any corruption how our country will progress! Poor are being poorer and rich are becoming richer day by day. We cannot fight against poverty and malnutrition unless people and bureaucrat get rid of corruption. Several Ministers who are representing ourselves are mostly corrupted. Almost everyday we are getting news of corruption. Several news regarding corruption do not flush in public. These happen behind the screen, under the Table. Things are handled in such a way that people can not guess anything about it. Police who serves us for our safety take bribe openly. Tax payer's money do not reach to the needy people. These money goes as a commission for a tender either in Commonwealth Game or elsewhere. Government are playing game with these money. Those who are in power are misus

Changing Career in Middle Age

No doubt, a person sets up his career after a continuous effort. When he or she reaches in his or her middle age, becomes master of the concerned field. But, if the field is growing then there will be no problem at all. On the other hand, if the concerned field faces a sudden business problem, it becomes dangerous to the employee who has spent his/her precious time of a long years. In that situation, when an employee wants to change his/her respective area of the career, he/she has to change the position in the same field although there will be no growth of that field. Whenever an employee wants to switch a particular growing field where he has no experience faces a big problem in selection. If he is selected, he faces the biggest problem and starts as a beginner although he holds a senior position in a particular field. And in this case, sometimes he has to compromise with his salary. Several employees face the  utmost challenge during recession. Those who overcome it, still fac

Japan Nuke Crisis -- a Lesson for the Nuclear Power Nation

The recent disaster in Japan that stricken  Fukushima nuclear power station are at risk of overheating after their cooling systems failed.   Radiation levels around Japan's crippled power plant are falling, but the situation still remains critical for now and the future. Radioactivity soared to dangerous levels earlier after a third explosion and the fire at the plant. The Government officials have asked the residents, who are residing within the radius of 30 kilometres of the reactors, either to evacuate or stay indoors. United Nations agency warned that although effects have been offshore so far, changing weather conditions and it was closely monitored by the satellite and other data. Troubles at the nuclear plant have sparked a rout on the stock market and panic buying in supermarkets. The Nuclear Power Nations should learn from this latest disaster and should take necessary and safety measures that can protect all the nuclear power plants from the natural calamities suc

World at the Edge of Destruction

There is not enough time for the advent of destruction and devastation of the Earth. We are destroying all the natural resources. Everyday, we are destroying coal, oil, other natural resources, and ground water. As a result, we are experiencing the natural calamities almost every year. Recently,  we have seen how Japan has shaken in earthquake, tsunami, volcanic eruption, the devastation of the nuclear power plants, and contamination from it. Today, Japan like disaster can be repeated anywhere in the World. We are polluting the ground water as well as the ocean water. If everything goes as usual and in this way, within 35 years, there will be a drastic climate change. We will experience with more tsunami, flood, frequent drought, and Global warming. The day is not too  late  to destroy this beautiful universe. Do you think, all the nuclear sites in the developed and developing countries are safe? We should think about our own country and the neighboring countries like Pakistan

Pakistan and Terrorism

Image
The most wanted man in the world Osama Bin Laden is dead. It is unbelievable that ISI in Pakistan was unaware of his hideout in Pakistan. It is clear that Pakistani leaderships and Pakistani Army are playing dual game with terrorism. We do have clear evidence that Pakistan government is not serious enough to combat terrorism. In   my opinion, there is a big politics behind it. Pakistan is feeding and breeding terrorist. There is a possibilities that China is playing proxy game, backing Pakistan to promote terrorism so that they can become obstacle in American aggression. How 26/11 mastermind Hafiz Sahid is moving freely in Pakistan? Pakistan officially helping and funding terrorist organisation. It can not be ruled out that in future Pakistan can secretly hand over nuclear formula to Al Quaeda. If they do so, of curse Pakistan will be the first target. Similar to Belochistan, their terrorist will target to Pakistan provinces first and Pakistan government is well aware this fact.
