Improve Your Teeth and Gums
Healthy teeth increase your personality when you talk, laugh, or smile. Each tooth has five sides---front, back, bottom, and two edges in between. Toothbrush can wash only three sides. The other two sides in between teeth can be cleaned only with tiny inter-dental brushes. Failure to do so is resulted gum disease and other fatal diseases like heart disease, stroke, diabetes, pyorrhea. A minimum two minutes brush twice a day is needed for effective cleaning. It is very essential before sleeping wash your teeth clearly which can keep your mouth fresh while you are sleeping.
Use brush one time and wash mouth and teeth with your finger and toothpaste once in a day to keep your gum healthy. Do massage using your thumb and forefinger above your gums for a minute twice daily, your gums will be healthy, will tighten your teeth inside gum. Those who have loose teeth or sometimes blood come out from the gums, gum massage is much effective to them.

If you take tobacco or cigarette, if your teeth turns blackish or yellowish, it's better immediately visit to a Dentist. Do clean and whiten your teeth once, then start brushing and do gum massage. If you find neem or mishwak tree in your surrounding, wash your teeth with neem or mishwak stick twice in a month. Change your tooth paste in regular interval. Extract come out from the neem tree kill bacteria which loosen your gums and spread bad breath. It will keep your mouth fresh for a long time and keep smiling. A recent study shows, neem stick is so effective, it will keep you away from mouth cancer despite chewing tobacco or paan masala.
